PETER TINES
Peter Tines has founded, owned and operated real estate development and general contracting firms in Canada since the mid 1980's. Peter’s real estate activities encompass land assembly, rezonings, project design/development, construction, property management, sale and/or long-term retention of properties.

His projects include development/construction of residential subdivisions, commercial/retail buildings/plazas, single family homes, multi-family apartments and condominiums, retirement residences, restorative development of heritage buildings and redevelopment of heavy industry “brownfield sites”.
Agricultural projects include ownership and operation of farms, cash crop, hay and fibre production. Peter has also founded, owned and operated companies specializing in: energy service/management; lighting and HVAC system conversions to more efficient technologies; manufacturing; import/export; technology consulting and software development; intellectual property development/patent filings; capital raising and investor relations for private and public companies.

Business Development
Robert (“Mark”) Chislett has over 35 years experience specializing in business growth and development across a wide variety of industries. He has a proven track record of delivering aggressive revenue gains, operational enhancements, and innovations.

Robert has strong executive-level leadership expertise for national businesses and proven ability to lead diverse teams to achieve established targets.

He was responsible for $180 million in annual sales as Director of Sales with one of the world’s largest beverage companies. As the Chief Operating Officer for a private investment firm in Manitoba, he doubled top line performance in 4 years to over $100 million per year. Robert has cultivated and maintained effective relationships with many key industry players and has developed strong corporate partnerships.
HOWARD CORBET
Organizational Development
Howard Corbet brings a lifetime of entrepreneurial experience and passion for getting the best out of people and organizations. Known for his abilities to coach organizational transformation, Howard serves as a powerful agent for those wishing to develop high-performance work environments.
Howard’s career as an organizational development specialist beginning in 1986 at Mansis Development Corporation where he focused on helping organizations build enterprise-wide leadership and management disciplines. In 1990 he opened the Canadian consulting practice for Boston based Work Systems Associates Inc. Howard’s organizational development expertise expanded to include the use of IT as a tool for transformational change through his work as a consultant and business development specialist with GE Capital IT Solutions and Meta Group (one of the world's leading technology research organizations - now part of Gartner Group).
Howard's client list includes Stantec, Winpac, Youth for Christ Winnipeg, Pioneer Grain (now JRI), Simplot, Investors Group, Beatrice Foods (now Parmalat), The Grain Commission and The FWS Group.

Accounting
Paul is an accounting professional who has a great respect for the entrepreneurial spirit of local business that he believes is the backbone of a healthy economy. Bringing ten years of accounting experience from a broad spectrum of business sectors, Paul's perspective on looking at financial information goes beyond the numbers.
His attention to detail and foresight in budgeting processes is extremely beneficial to the long term vision of AVIDA.
Whether he is meeting the critical current demands of project reconciliations or preparing financial reports for monthly reviews, Paul always remembers to keep his life in balance - by pursuing his passions of yoga, music, and other creative endeavors.
