Here at AVIDA, we wish to assist you in keeping your new home decision making experience as simple and easy as possible. AVIDA strives to deliver great design, quality and integrity in every aspect of the new home build process.

Working with some of the best architects and home design professionals, our goal is to to assist you to bring your dream home vision into reality.

There are three options open to you when you purchase your lot in our communities.  
 

  • You can buy an existing AVIDA home. We have a range of architecturally appealing designs to choose from in various sizes and styles.
     

  • Alternatively, you may enter into a  agreement for us to design and build your home.
     

  • You can have a third party construct your home. This is also permitted in most of our developments.

How to get started if I want to buy a lot and have a home built for me?
 

Step -1 Choose Your Community

  • Contact us to find out what communities and lots are currently available.

  • ​Arrange for a site visit to see the existing lot location.


Step- 2 Reserve Your Lot

  • Review our architectural and community guidelines.

  • Reserve the lot of your choice.

  • Buy it or finance it through AVIDA and/or
    your own bank.


Step -3 Build Your Home

  • Choose a home plan that is right for you.
    a. AVIDA has many to choose from.
    b. Alternately, you may wish to find your own homeplan.

        If so, our recommended designer has many attractive custom home plans for you to consider. See below Website link coming soon
        ( A local engineer's input will still be required.)

     

  • Select your home builder
    a. AVIDA Homes
    b. Third Party Builder

     

Once you have completed all the steps with us

you will begin seeing your dream home

  • As stated above, due to regional architectural and building guidelines a local engineer's input will still be required with the choice of any predesigned plan.

 

  • We suggest you take time to look at a wide range of designs that not only fit within your budget for square footage, but also adhere to the architectural and community guidelines for the development you have chosen to live in.  
     

  • It is also important to think about how your home plan will compliment your lots natural setting and the vision you have for the overall landscape.
